1½ oz. La Marca Prosecco
1½ oz. aged rum
½ oz. lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
10 mint leaves


1. Muddle the mint and shake all ingredients except La Marca.
2. Strain into a coupe glass while simultaneously pouring in your prosecco.
3. Garnish with a mint sprig.
